How do I create an email QR code?
Choose the email type, enter the address and optionally a subject and message, and the code appears at once. Download it as PNG or SVG. Scanning it opens a new email in the phone's mail app.
One scan opens a new email, ready to send.
Your text never leaves this device.
Enter the recipient address and, if you like, a subject line and message. The generator builds a QR code that opens the phone's email app with a new message already addressed and filled in. The person only has to press send. The code is static, never expires and is created in your browser.

Yes. Whatever you type in the subject and message boxes appears in the new email. The sender can still change it before sending.
No. The code only opens a draft, and the person must read it and press send themselves. Nothing is ever sent without their action.
The one set as the default mail app on the phone, such as Mail, Gmail or Outlook. If no mail app is set up, the phone may ask the person to choose one or show nothing.
An email code opens a ready draft with the address, subject and message, while a plain text address would only show the characters. The draft saves the sender from typing and gets you consistent subject lines.
Yes. Use a subject such as “Feedback: Table 7” or “Support request” so you can sort the replies. This works well on receipts, product boxes, posters and menus.
No. This generator supports one recipient address, a subject and a body. CC and BCC fields are not included.
An email code fits situations where a person should write to you but typing your address feels like work: a feedback card on a restaurant table, a complaint line on a receipt, a returns address on a parcel, a support contact on a product manual or a poster that asks for suggestions.
It is also useful for printed forms and flyers. The reader scans, the draft opens, and the subject line already tells you which flyer or campaign the message came from.
Use the subject to carry information you will want later. A subject like “Spring flyer: question” lets you sort replies by campaign without any tracking tool. Because the code is static and has no scan counter, the subject is the simplest way to tell sources apart: make a separate code for each place you print it.
Use the body for a short prompt, such as “Please tell us what you liked and what we should improve”. Keep it brief. Everything you type is stored inside the pattern, so a long message produces a crowded code that needs a larger print size. If you need a long message, point to a web page instead using the main QR code generator.
Typos in the address are the biggest risk, because a wrong address sends the reply to the wrong person and cannot be corrected on printed paper. Read the address twice, then scan the finished code and look at the draft that opens. Check the subject for odd characters too.
Some phones have no default mail app set up, so the scan seems to do nothing. If your audience is broad, print your address in plain text under the code as well. For people who prefer messaging, offer a SMS QR code or a WhatsApp QR code on the same card.
Print it at least 2 cm wide with a light border and use dark on light colors. If you add a logo, the generator raises error correction to the highest level automatically, which makes the pattern denser, so test the printed result first. To confirm what a code contains before it goes to print, the QR code scanner decodes it from an image.

To create an email code from your assistant, connect the QR MCP server and ask for the generate_qr tool with the email type, for example “make a QR code that emails feedback@example.com with the subject Feedback”. It returns a real PNG and SVG.
